The promotion reflects the growth of Wellpointe's Asset Operations department and its expanding go-to-market capabilities

With over 15 years of real estate experience, Ballard plays a key role in Wellpointe's real estate go-to-market and ongoing property management operations, including acquisitions, redevelopment, licensure, maintenance, and capital projects.

Ballard started her career with Wellpointe as an Assistant Asset Manager in 2019. She was promoted to Asset Manager in 2019 and then promoted to Senior Manager – Asset Operations in 2021. Along the way, Ballard and a growing Asset Operations team have helped Wellpointe scale its real estate footprint from 12 to 67 licensed residential assisted living locations in California.

Ballard holds a BA in Communication from California State University, Fresno and a CA Real Estate license.
