Founded on June 1, 2006, by attorney , the firm was built on a simple belief: injured people deserve an advocate who understands how insurance companies operate and who is willing to fight for them.
That belief was shaped by Miley's own experience. Early in his legal career, he represented large corporations and insurance companies.
